The workshop has been developed after many years of providing no nonsense business development programmes and advice to our clients in all sectors of industry and commerce.

We will visit your site, walk the job for familiarisation of the organisation, have one to one discussion with the director and or the user. Then agree the adaption and tailoring with both parties.

Leaders at all levels who have responsibility for building their teams into profit centres including potential supervisors, team leaders or managers who have been identified as having management potential.  

If required, BJ our Principal Leader is available to monitor, guide and coach users through the Workshop process. 

Your tailored programme will have fifty-two pages of understandable information and practical easy to use profit related tools and assignments. Your package has been designed as a DIY ON THE JOB workshop, not an online learning experience, as they tend to be distant, not tailored to the individual or the organisation and impersonal so a computer is not required. You can work at your own pace anywhere you choose. 

The programme includes 2 weeks post workshop free telephone/email advice for the user and or the boss/director and additional support over three levels of service.
