The story behind our success
The Principal Leader and driving force at Indrell Services Brian J Evans (M.Inst.Ind Psyc (Reg-Tester) M. Inst Training Officers) known as BJ by his clients.
He has enjoyed a long and varied career starting when he became an apprentice engineer achieving a Gold Medal over 3750 UK apprentices in trade examinations. Subsequently he pursued his profession as a Human Resource Manager in three engineering and heavy chemical industries. He finally Joined the prestigious Industrial Society, now called the Work Foundation, becoming Head of Industrial Relations where his skills were much in demand. He led a team of six Employee Relations and Trades Union advisors helping many organisations with their industrial relations and management challenges. He had close contacts with ACAS, collaborating on the latest techniques for curing HR challenges in the UK.
He then left this organisation and formed his own company where he pioneered an unusual and unique Upside-Down Advisory Service which led to the design of the DIY ON-THE-JOB programme for profit.
